We are looking for a new Training Specialist among us - with excellent interpersonal and observation skills - to assess and enhance the competencies of our new colleagues. She/he will join the Customer Service Training and Development dept. - under's Rodolfo Sanchez's coordination and direct management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and co-present online training sessions;
- Design and conduct learning material (slides, videos, documents);
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to learners during the training sessions;
- Constantly assess team processes and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and implement them;
- Create Confluence entries and other instructional material describing our products' methods.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- At least 10 months' background as a GovAssist team member;
- ''Patience... tons and tons of patience!''
- Time management skills - you will need to schedule and deliver multiple Coaching Sessions with our new colleagues;
- Knowledge in creating and handling ZenDesk views and macros;
- Excellent skills in ticket evaluations in order to understand where the learners lack details/knowledge;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;
- The friendly tone of voice;
- Creative and passionate about conveying complex information in a comprehensive manner (presentations and self-explanatory flow charts);
- 2nd language - full professional proficiency (preferred).
