Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for invoicing, shipping, receivables, payables, data entry, filing of information, maintenance of the ERP system, and general support of the President.
As an Office Manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational and customer service skills and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. You should have strong communication and Microsoft Office skills with a problem-solving, results driven attitude. Ultimately, you should be able to manage the needs in the office to support a small but growing operation. This position will report to the President.
Some previous relevant experience is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices to customers.
- Track accounts receivables and follow up as necessary.
- Track accounts payable and ensure proper payment in a timely manner.
- Arrange appropriate shipping methods.
- Create packing lists as necessary.
- Create and track ship lists to customers.
- Track and file purchase orders.
- Create and track QA/QC documentation as necessary.
- Enter orders and inventory to JobBoss ERP system as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- High school or technical/vocational certificate preferable.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
- Knowledge of office processes such as invoicing, shipping, tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, and filing.
- Prior experience with QA/QC systems is a plus
- Strong technology skills, particularly with MS Office and Quickbooks; some ERP experience is a plus.
- Problem-solving, results driven attitude.
- Self-starter with ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Other:
- Work will be performed in the Mansfield, Ohio facility.
- Must able to pass a background check.
- Position will report to the President.
Compensation:
Wage and benefits commensurate with experience.
