Territory Sales Manager:
- TM's will be the brand's face with our retail accounts in their region in this new and exciting role.
- TM's create meaningful face-to-face partnerships with key retailers while supporting and growing our distribution and sales in their territory.
- This role will require road and overnight trips and weekend event activations.
- Multiple Locations - Southern California, Portland, OR/Seattle, WA, and NYC Metro Area.
TM Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospect and open new retail accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with Gozney dealers and their staff.
- Educate retailers about new product introductions and the Gozney brand.
- Perform product demonstrations and product clinics.
- Deliver and assemble POP material and sales collateral.
- Support marketing and DTC lead events.
- Attend and support key trade events hosted in their region and national trade shows as requested.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue.
- Ability to use Office 365, Slack, and other business apps.
- Good driving record and must be able to travel via plane.
Excellent Communication:
- Ability to communicate regularly with dealer base, Gozney sales team, and Gozney HQ.
- Excellent follow-up to emails, calls, etc.
- An outgoing fun to be around leader.
Sales Experience:
- Ability to track on-hand inventory, sell-through.
- Ability to execute a strategy to drive sell-through.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key retailers and motivate staff.
