Role Overview : We’re seeking a Bid Specialist to drive the K-12 bid process. This role involves leading the bids team, handling RFPs, developing win strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring high-quality, timely bid submissions.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full K-12 bid process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and more.
- Develop win strategies and manage supplier negotiations.
- Track risks, manage the bid budget, and ensure timely submissions.
- Contribute to proposal content and client presentations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 4 years of bid management experience; K-12 experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial understanding and decision-making abilities.
