Qualifications:
- 3 years of strong heavy civil construction experience
- Stable work history
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field a plus
- Oversee and review project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Develop multi-disciplinary estimates
- Determine labor and equipment costs
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
- Understand project logistics and project schedule
