- Research, analyze, evaluate, and interpret complex data
- Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
- At least 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation including Insurance Defense, Personal Injury Defense, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, etc.
- Billable requirement of 1800 hours annually
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, strong litigation skills both pre-litigation & in a courtroom, and a strong work ethic
- Juris Doctor Degree, must be licensed in the state at which you plan to practice
- Small firm with "Big law" experience
- Strong Litigation Mentor-ship
- Reasonable Billable Hours
