The candidate for a Civil Asphalt Superintendent should have diverse heavy Civil Asphalt Superintendent construction experience. RESPONSIBILITIES for Superintendent:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
- Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS of Superintendent:
- The ideal candidate will have heavy Civil Asphalt Superintendent experience. Project types could include earthwork, underground utilities, grading, and excavation.
- Understands and promotes the "team" concept.
- Familiarity with safety regulations.
