What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Flooring Installation Manager position at Gpac?

A respected flooring company is seeking a Commercial/Industrial Installation Manager to join their team. This company provides a diverse portfolio of projects in the resinous commercial flooring industry with emphasis on epoxy applications. They are looking to add an individual that shares their passion for the industry and will help grow the business.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least three to five years experience working with resinous flooring including urethane concrete, some epoxy finishes and polishing.
  • Oversee crews from 6-8 members working on projects primarily in healthcare, education, big box retail, hospitality, food and beverage industries.
  • They will oversee the field from start to finish. Will work some weekends.
