Responsibilities For The Commercial Lender/Commercial Loan Officer
- Grow, develop, and manage a strong portfolio
- Prepare Loan Committee presentations
- Calculate Risk
- Increase market presence
- Assist with some day to day operations at the bank
- Provide a great customer experience
- 5 years of direct commercial lending experience
- Strong understanding of Credit Analysis and Underwriting
- Experience in generating new business
- Proven record of strong customer assistance
- Preferably a 4-year degree in a related field.
- Strong background with PFS/DSCR/Tax returns and forecasting cash flows.
- Spreading unaudited internal financials and identifying discrepancies with GAAP fundamentals
- Effective time management for annual renewals
- Strict adherence to loan policy
- High sales culture.
