JOB DESCRIPTION
A local mid-market agency is currently seeking a Commercial Lines Producer. Individual should be self-motivated, able to maintain full pipeline, and offer a 2-year business model that highlights their prospecting style and goals. Should be a true hunter, relationship and retention focused. Individual should have a passion for growth, entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientated.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare submissions correctly for service and marketing team
- Ability to market various products
- Grow long term business with a focus on maintaining client relationships
- Prospect for new clients, maintain existing client relationships
Desired skills:
- 2 plus years' experience as an insurance producer
- MUST have P&C license
- Self-starter
- Ability to maintain full pipeline
- True hunter, relationship and retention focused
- Passion for growth, entrepreneurial mindset and be goal oriented
