Construction Manager Qualifications:
- Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Industry consistent work history
- 5 years’ experience as a construction manager in residential construction
- Ground up experience required
- 5 years ground up production home/semicustom experience required
- Able to manage 20 homes at a given time throughout various stages of construction
