You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and directing its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business. Experience in the with Niagara/Tridium is a must.
The ideal candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical/trade school with a certificate in Controls required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of Controls/BAS Management is a must
- Comprehensive knowledge of Controls systems, applications, and operations.
- Competitor knowledge and experience strongly preferred
- 3 years of prior experience managing Technicians or employees a similar role required
- Five to ten years of related experience in a leadership role
- Ability to prepare and present at the executive level to internal and external constituents
- Strong interpersonal skills, achievement-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to manage PNL, KPIs, and performance reviews
- The employee must occasionally climb ladders to access rooftop equipment and must occasionally walk-in mechanical equipment rooms for the purpose of developing quotations
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Strict adherence to Company safety requirements
