What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crop farm consultant position at gpac?
A privately owned Ag Consulting group is looking for a Consultant to join their team who will be expected to scout assigned acres and give customers a report of the results with any needed recommendations, as well as assist with farm planning. Pay will be determined DOE.
Perks Of The Consultant Position Include
- Pickup and fuel card
- Laptop and cell phone (or phone allowance)
Responsibilities Related To The Consultant Position Include
- Responsible for fertilizer and chemical recommendations
- Crop scouting approximately 3 days / week, with 2 days in the office
- Quality conversations with Elite growers
Qualifications For The Consultant Position Include
- B.S. in Ag or related field preferred but not required
