What are the responsibilities and job description for the Csr position at Gpac?
A local mid-market agency is looking for a highly motivated individual for their Personal Lines CSR . Individual should be able to maintain a large, diversified book of business in a fast-paced, team environment. Responsibilities :
- Working with primarily Personal lines
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients
- Accurately input policy updates and account information
- Prepare new renewals, submissions, rates and RFQ's
- Ability to market various products
- Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Desired skills :
- Personal Lines Required
- Minimum 1-5 years experience
- Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating
- Ability to think outside the box with excellent time management skills
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems
- Experience with agency management software
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Industry designations are a plus
