- Contact existing and potential customers to discuss their agricultural needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed information about our range of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and technology.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest agricultural products, industry trends, and best practices.
- Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
