Directional Drill Operator
Leading company providing engineering, splicing, testing and construction services to the telecommunications industry throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Our full range of services includes surveying, route design, permitting, splicing, specialized fiber optic testing and aerial and underground construction and installation.
The Directional Drill Operator
Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of company equipment as well as manual labor needed to support the construction operations. Specifically, would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Operating and maintaining Directional Drill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to train crew(s) on all aspects of proper drill operations, adhering to safe work practices
- Drive and perform manual labor as required

Job Requirements
5 years' experience operating rigs under 20,000lbs. - CDL A preferred
- Telecommunication experience preferred, but not required
- Rock experience preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work any shift
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Regional travel required, including occasional overnight(s)
- Valid CDL A License Preferred
