Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage a profound understanding of sheet metal fabrication to accurately estimate job requirements.
- Juggle responsibilities between estimation and sales, contributing to the company's continuous growth.
- Maintain and expand an existing book of business while actively seeking new leads and sealing deals.
- Engage with clients and prospects via phone, email, and in-person, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Travel may be necessary to foster client relationships and explore new business opportunities. Company vehicle provided when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication with a robust background in estimation. Background in metal fabrication is a MUST.
- Track record of success in sales, consistently meeting and surpassing targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Motivated individual with a collaborative, team player mindset.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to sales and company success.
Compensation
- Bonus package: 5% of company profits at the end of the year - potential of earning over 6 figures depending on your productivity (base plus bonus)
- IRA program 3% company match
