Looking for an Executive Assistant!
The candidate will support both the Director of Diversity and Strategic Development and the Director of Strategic Growth and Entrepreneurship. S/he will provide administrative support, coordinate day-to-day workflow, collaborate with various departments, and facilitate internal and external communication. In addition to administrative tasks, the successful candidate will also have a passion for DEI initiatives, community outreach, creative problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
Draft subcontractors outreach event notices, communicate event logistics to key stakeholders- Maintain and updated database of touchpoints and spreadsheets for workforce development partnership
- Assist with arranging events and managing event logistics
- Help organize diversity and community partnerships
- Contribute thoughts and ideas on framework for affordable retail think tank
- Plan high-level meetings and events, ensuring all presentation materials are prepared and updated
- Manage operational needs: Outlook calendar management, Outlook contact updates, meeting logistics, verbal and written communication, and reconcile monthly expense reports
- Provide support on special initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
An energetic professional who can multi-task, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment- Minimum of 5 years of experience of executive-level support and handling of confidential information
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based software
