Desired Background

  • 3-10 years of experience in all areas of family law including divorce, custody, spousal support, and child support
  • Experience conducting legal research and analysis to advise clients on family law issues, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, domestic violence, adoption, and paternity
  • Experience representing clients in family law proceedings, including hearings, mediation sessions, and trials
  • Well-rounded litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice in Ohio
  • Small portable book of business is a plus- not required
