Job Title: Family Law Attorney
Location: Freehold, New Jersey
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced family law attorney to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience practicing family law in New Jersey, and will be licensed to practice in the state.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence
- Conduct legal research and analysis on family law issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey
- At least 2 years of experience practicing family law in New Jersey
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
