We are seeking a highly capable Flooring Expert to join our growing sales team.
The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with designers, architects, contractors, property managers and flooring distributors.
You will use your knowledge of flooring to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of our products to customers.
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities for Outside Sales Rep :
- Promote, sell and secure new accounts.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Facilitate product selection.
- Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, sale terms, delivery dates, and service.
- Assist in accounts receivable collection.
- Develop and collaborate on long- and short-term sales strategies.
Requirements of the Outside Sales Rep :
- Minimum 2-3 years of Sales success in Flooring Outside Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and build loyal relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Bi-lingual in English & Spanish is encouraged but not required.
