A prominent law firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in healthcare law. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong litigation healthcare defense background.
Qualifications
- Must have a Juris Doctorate degree and license to practice law in the State of Michigan.
- A minimum of defense and appeals of Medicare, Medicaid and Other Third-Party Payor Audits Healthcare Business Transactions including Contracts, Corporate Formation, Acquisitions, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Other Federal and State Fraud & Abuse Law Compliance Physician and Physician Group Issues Regulatory Compliance.
- Represent healthcare providers and suppliers.
- Billing & Reimbursement Issues Medicare Enrollment Matters
- Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
