MUST HAVE as HVAC Service Manager
- 7 years experience in residential and light commercial HVAC
- Ability to build out a department from scratch
- HVAC Certification / License preferred
- Residential and Commercial licensing in all counties
- Strong skill-set of residential and light commercial HVAC products, service, and mechanical understanding
- Ability to manage teams up to 15 techs
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, duct-work modifications, and design
- Strong ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- Stable work history to be considered for this position
