What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside sales coordinator position at Gpac?
This is an opportunity for Profesional Growth in the Building Materials / Lumber / Truss and Construction field.
The right person will have a solid focus on lumber, building material and millwork sales, and will be accountable for maintaining a firm customer base, promoting the goods and services offered from our Lumber Company to the builders and their customers.
This position generates sales opportunities through research of client needs, industry competition and learning the features and benefits of company products.
Additionally, this position represents the Company during the sales process by collecting data on customer needs and design specifications, and may act as liaison between inside technical / design staff and customer in developing sales proposals.
The estimator / Inside Sales Coordinator is accountable for performing blueprint takeoffs utilizing estimating software and by hand as required.
This position will review plans and specifications and work with the sales team, contractors and homeowners in order to provide an accurate estimate of the materials required for the scope of work.
It is also accountable for the interface between Sales & Operations, Quote / Job / Order tracking and processing, and administration to support these efforts.
Accountable for customer service and administration of customer issues.
