- Professional Engineering license IN Florida (need to be able to obtain, offer is contingent on Florida license)
- Senior Level Project Management in Land Development, requiring the ability to do site-development, drainage, stormwater/ wastewater/ sewage etc. on Commercial and Residential Projects
- Local experience engaging with the City/ County
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/ Civil 3D
- Position is CLIENT FACING- budgets/ proposals/ liaison between multiple disciplinary firms setting internally and external communication and coordination with all the client/subs/ county and city officials.
- Will not be required to run the department as director, but will have direct impact on key project players such as Project Engineers/Interns/ EITS
- On site- most travel is within 30 miles; the ideal candidate should LIVE within 30 miles for a comfortable commute.

- NO Overtime, NO WEEKENDS, 40-hour work weeks
- Base is ideally 80-120k.
- Bonus is 3-10% of salary.

- Health insurance is 80/20 or 100% covered depending on employee, 401k match is 4%, tuition reimbursement, PTO is negotiable etc.
