Litigation Attorney needed with the following experience:
- Experience with federal and state court civil litigation.
- Knowledge of state and federal statutory rules and regulations.
- Experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, acquisitions, drafts, and negotiations.
- Effectively develop client relationships with the ability to provide frequent and direct communication.
- Conducts research and analysis on real estate related issues.
- Knowledge managing compliance and regulatory services.
- Experience with commercial contracts, purchase and sales, and transactional work.
- Excellent legal research, written, and oral communication skills.
