Position: Multilines Insurance Account Manager
A local agency is actively seeking an experienced Multilines Account Manager. Must be self-motivated, organized, and have great communication skills. This position has a lot of opportunity to grow the market and develop new relationships.
Multilines Account Manager Job Requirements:
- 10 years of insurance agency experience
- General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Special consideration for applicants with designations such as CIC/CPCU/ARM/CISR
- Excellent at customer service – talking with clients and explaining coverages to them
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, prioritizing and executing autonomously
- Experience in both commercial and individual insurance preferred, especially in crop
- Agency computer management experience - Applied Systems preferred
- Attention to detail and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and growing our firm. This team member would be a pillar in the company and the community.
Multilines Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of a small local office and its business
- Assist clients with new and existing business
- Communicate with client, producer/agent, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions and information
- Keep client agency management system data updated by entering new data and documenting actions taken on behalf of the client
