Seeking a passionate and motivated candidate to join our team! This position will assist our accounting operations and daily administrative tasks. Main office is in Milwuakee, WI.

We are highly passionate, incredibly professional property management company that has been working hard in Milwuakee, WI.

We offer many different multi-family communities located all across the area.

We are looking for someone with a drive to get into the real estate industry

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computers and software
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out financial analysis, problem solve, juggle numerous and diverse activities, organizing and prioritizing appropriately to meet demands and expectations, making recommendations for change, implement and evaluate and provide a strong process perspective.
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments timely in an organized manner.
  • Customer relations skills in interacting with all levels of management and field personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in word processing and personal computer skills.
