Qualified individuals are responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. Individual will enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and look for opportunities to expand capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Set priorities to achieve company goals and consistently communicate with all departments.
- Assure customer projects are delivered on time and to specification, coordinating with sales.
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Develop and execute make or buy strategies across all aspects of operational responsibility
- Contribute and develop operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and
customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Foster a team environment by a strong consistent leadership
- Focus on programs to promote training, mentorship, and succession planning.
- Others as directed by the CEO
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA Degree in engineering/production related fields preferably in mechanical/electrical disciplines.
- Experience in managing in a manufacturing environment with strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Positive attitude. Detail oriented. Driven to succeed. Dependable and reliable
- Experience with capacity planning and staffing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Competitive pay based upon experience.
