What We're Looking For :
- Strong team player with excellent character, dedicated to putting in the necessary work.
- Proficiency in product knowledge.
- Experience liaising with insurance adjusters.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Xactimate is a plus
- Flexibility to work 5-6 days per week, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Base (draw) W2 salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000.
- First-year earnings potential exceeding $150,000.
