Position Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for working closely with customers in evaluating packaging needs and requirements, profitably growing sales and related turn-key services, achieving planned sales objectives and satisfying customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Company Packaging products, features, benefits, sales advantages and competition in the marketplace
- Identification of new business opportunities while managing and profitably growing existing customer base
- Works with internal teams to prepare pricing proposals tailored to individual customer needs
- Regularly communicates account activities to all relevant internal areas
- Investigates and resolves customer problems, often in conjunction with manufacturing
- Plans strategy to establish and maintain account relationships and meet individual and company goals
- Develops annual forecast for accounts and regularly evaluates progress against goals
- Develops long term, multi-level relationships with business partners that influence Company's strategic efforts
- Submits weekly expense accounts
- Performs work related travel. Overnight and/or daily travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO or COO.

- Ability to analyze an opportunity, identify the economic drivers in play and develop a strategy to meet that need
- Present our innovative solutions to prospective clients in a polished presentation
- A high level of client relationship building skills to maintain competitive positioning based on honesty and trust.
- Excellent time management, organizational, presentation and communication skills
Experience:
- Must have current proven folding carton sales experience with a stable work history
- 4-year college degree in business, marketing or related field
- Account management experience in the folding carton market
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook required
Equipment:
Proficient in PC/Mac operations, MS Office applications (emphasis on Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook,
scanners, cameras, faxes, copiers, printers, Cisco IP Phone system.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms, stoop, bend or infrequently kneel and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to focus. Able to perform office activities: working on computer, faxing, copying, filing, using telephone daily.
