Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of lumber and building materials.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery logistics.
Requirements :
- Proven outside sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
