Join our team at a highly regarded multi-location Agricultural dealership, currently seeking a Parts Manager for one of their locations.
This role entails comprehensive oversight of parts, inventory, and active participation in sales initiatives. The Parts Manager will strategically manage the Parts Department, aligning operations with store objectives to drive parts sales.
This involves adeptly scheduling and supervising department employees to ensure a professional, safe work environment, with a keen focus on promptly handling all necessary administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the Parts Department to achieve store and company financial goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer partners.
- Oversee the point-of-sale process, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Handle customer parts inquiries, resolving complaints and issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in all parts interactions.
- Place emergency parts orders to meet customer needs promptly.
- Maintain a safe work environment and uphold safety policies.
- Oversee the overall appearance and upkeep of the parts department.
- Manage administrative tasks, including work orders, parts ordering, and returns.
- Provide ongoing training and development for parts department employees.
Job Requirements :
- 3 years of relevant experience in parts and operations.
