What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paving Superintendent position at gpac?
A highly reputable Paving Company is pursuing a Superintendent for immediate hire. The candidate should have diverse Asphalt and Paving experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
- Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with heavy civil projects to include utilities and paving
- 5 years experience as a Superintendent in Paving and Asphalt
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- National regulation knowledge such as FAA and Army Corp of Engineers specifications greatly preferred!
