Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2yrs experience working as a Physicians Assistant (primary care preferred)
  • MA in relative field
  • 2yrs experience working in an EMR system
  • Licensed for Arizona

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to staff
  • Guarantee employee adherence to policies and quality standards
  • Formulate strategies to aid the integrity and growth of each practice
  • Assist in the comprehensive planning of patients' care
  • Evaluate employee performance and employees' work morale
  • Train personal when necessary to maintain quality patient care
  • Monitor compliance with legal guidelines

  • Knowledge of current healthcare guidelines and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude that promotes teamwork and comradery

Compensation:

  • $100K to $125K based on experience
