Probate Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Trust and Probate Team!

Requirements

• 3-5 years of probate experience
  
  

About The Firm

• Law firm that practices trust and probate law
• Excellent platform to grow a book and gain career growth
• Mostly in office but can work 1-2 days from home
• Billable requirements: 1800 a year
• Bonus structure: End year-end discretionary bonus program depending on the firm's (and the lawyer's) performance over the year
• Multiple offices in California

• 401k plan
• No fixed PTO - take off time as needed as long as billable hours are met
