Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing structural steel and PEMB projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Track project progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining quotes and purchasing materials.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, reporting any variances to management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address inquiries.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the structural steel and/or PEMB industry.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
