- $1.5M - $15M (Average $3M - $5M)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers on selections, including visits to various showrooms.
- Manage change orders and handle the administrative side of project management.
- Oversee the coordination of fully custom homes and some spec homes.
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
- Support the project management team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Understanding of the residential custom home industry, particularly the technical aspects.
- Flexibility and openness to learning new methods; not stuck in their ways of doing things.
- Experience working with general contractors, homebuilders, or on the design/architecture side is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to cross all T's and dot all I's.
- A go-getter mindset with strong motivation to achieve bonuses through excellent performance.

Salary And Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 base salary with potential bonuses to reach $70,000-$75,000 annually. Bonuses are tied to project performance, particularly achieving a zero-item punch list within 60 days after closing.
