What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Estimator position at GPac?

Gpac is working with a long-established company in Fort Myers that is needing a Project Manager/Estimator specializing in drywall/metal framing to join their team. This will be an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing blueprints and project plans
- Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
- Creating labor estimates for any project
- Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
- Managing bids from vendors and contractors
- Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
- Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
- Compiling and recording actual costs
Requirements:
- 5 years of commercial experience in drywall/metal framing
- Proficiency in On Screen / Take Off/ Quick Bid
- General or Sub Contracting
**Company vehicle provided & bonuses based on production 10% salary bonus (must reach sales/production goal)
