Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience needed for fast paced, mid-size Capital District firms.
- Must have strong working knowledge of closing process along with experience in performing title and survey due diligence.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Qualified candidates will be able to multitask and support multiple deals at a time.
- Candidates should have experience with billing and time entry and drafting legal documents.
- Additionally, candidates must have a professional appearance and demeanor and be able to work in a confidential environment.
