What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rebar Project Manager position at Gpac?
We are currently paired with a top level Manufacturer who is looking to add a Rebar Project Manager to their team!
Job Requirements:
- Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals. Including materials, fabrication processes and methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, delivery methods.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervision
- Proficiency with reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications
- General oversight with submittals
- Direct contact for customers-excellent problem-solving skills
- Assist with estimating change orders
- Collaborate with Production Manager on scheduling work and finished goods delivery
- Excellent organizational skills and prioritization skills
- Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented
