Primary Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online platforms, databases, and networking channels.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with specific job openings.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and formulate comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain abreast of market dynamics and evolving recruitment practices.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated success in roles such as a talent acquisition specialist or recruitment consultant.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and align them with suitable job opportunities.
- Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
