RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Our client is a local residential general contractor that has a great reputation in the area. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team immediately! They are built on trust and integrity and specialize on custom home residential construction projects. COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER:
· 5 years' experience in Construction
· Custom home construction experience
· Experience working for a general contractor or developer
· B.S. in Construction related field (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Can do attitude
· Ability to lead and manage a team
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time)
