Residential Vice President of Production

A leading Residential Home Builder is seeking a Vice President of Production.

As the Vice President of Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from start to finish. You will make sure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards.

Vice Presidential of Production Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure best practices for production
• Lead and manage production teams to meet construction goals
• Develop and manage budgets for construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Implement continuous quality improvement programs

Vice President of Production Qualifications

• 10 years of field experience with a residential home builder
• 5 years of experience in an executive level position
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
