Key Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years supervising and installing ALL COMMERCIAL ROOFING SYSTEMS.
- Project Management : Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry.
- Language Skills : Bilingual proficiency is a must.
- Technical Skills : Strong computer skills, organizational abilities, and job tracking capabilities.
- Certifications : OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Leadership : Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams as a Project Manager.
- Technical Reading : Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting construction drawings.
- Safety and Quality : Ability to conduct and participate in safety meetings and manufacturer inspections. Ensure safety walks, quality walks, and daily completion of QC / QA forms.
- Licenses : A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Work Ethic : Must be a team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, innovative, and able to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and track project progress.
- Lead and motivate the roofing team to achieve project goals.
