Flooring Commercial Sales
Company has been in business for 12 years now and they have grown to do over $20m a year. We have a super tight knit family feel culture and that is one of the things we take the most pride in - we work hard and play hard : crawfish boils, tee ball games in the parking lot, prayer groups, team building exercises, and more.
We focus on commercial projects only and are looking to add a talented Flooring Commercial Sales to our growing team! You will be in charge of selling the job and passing it off to the estimating team then to the PM team.
You will be primarily only selling and making sure the PM’s are getting what they need, but will also be responsible for all the billing and money side of things
Flooring Commercial Sales Requirements :
- Commercial sales background
- Need to be selling at least $1.5m
- Will inherit jobs when you get started
Flooring Commercial Sales Comp and Benefits :
- 75k base and room to negotiate that
- 5%-7% commission of the net profit
- 25k life insurance
- Simple IRA match to 3%
