Sales Manager Opportunity
My client is one of the fastest growing commercial flooring companies in the Southeast. They currently have a sales team of 8-10 professional sales reps producing $18-20 million in annual sales. This team needs a dynamic leader to motivate, monitor, and manage them to a higher level.
The company has the staff and infrastructure in place to double their annual sales over the next 12-18 months but needs the right person to take charge of that initiative. Locally owned company and a leading player in the commercial flooring market, they are offering a six-figure base salary and the potential to earn an additional 50% of the base by achieving six and twelve-month sales targets.
