Our client has a pay for performance position that allow you to leverage your client list of CEO’s, CFOs and Treasurers at regional and community banks.

This position requires someone with the energy and staminia to travel 3 weeks per month.
Our client is a rapidly growing and very successful company that offers derivative hedging products to community and regional banks.
You do not have to be a subject matter expert in derivatives. There is a deep bench of subject matter experts to provide support.
What is required is list of C suite executives whose trust you have earned through years of careful relationship building.
We offer a very competitive base salary and a commission plan that allows you to double your base salary. In addition, you will be awarded equity participation in this fast-growing company which has the potential to create life changing wealth.
Position Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional and community banks
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with customized solutions that meet their specific needs as it relates to OTC hedging products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
This position is 100% Remote.
Position Essential Job Functions :
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to establish partnerships
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' needs and develop tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate our client company's products and services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, building long-lasting relationships
Position Skills :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling to regional and community banks at the C suite level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
