Established Mechanical Contractor in is looking for a HVAC Sales Professional. Offering excellent compensation, benefits and collaborative team culture.
No micro management and flexible schedule.
This position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC Projects and / or Services. You will target strategically significant clients in the Owner Direct community.
This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership.
Requirements / Needs :
- Ability to read plans and specs.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and service contracts
- Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple projects.
