Join Our Team as a National Sales Representative (Hybrid or Remote)!
Are you ready to hit the road and make meaningful connections? We're seeking a National Sales Representative to cover new prospects, nurture existing clients, and expand our customer base.
This role offers flexibility, with a hybrid setup in areas where we have offices and a remote option where we don't.
Responsibilities :
- Travel approximately 60-70 days per year to engage with potential and current clients
- Actively pursue new customers, showcasing our offerings and building lasting relationships
- Meet performance expectations, including maintaining satisfactory CRM activity and ensuring smooth handover and onboarding processes for new clients
- Aim to secure a minimum of 3 new customers per quarter
- Receive a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience, plus a bonus of $5,000 per new customer (defined as 15 loads in the first 90 days)
- Bring 1-2 years' experience in Logistics to the table
- Participate in weekly meetings with Managers and account representatives
- Facilitate quarterly meetings with all customers and Account Reps during their first year with us
